Engr. Udende brings a career spanning public service and ICT consultancy, having served as Senior Special Assistant / Principal Special Assistant on ICT to the Benue State Government. He leads the Benue Tech Skills Programme and has directed state-scale ICT infrastructure, GIS and security-technology deployments across Kogi, Bayelsa and federal agencies.
He currently serves as ICT Consultant to AUDA-NEPAD and as an ICT development partner on JICA-backed startup innovation programmes.
